Credit notes are valid to use online for up to 1 year. 

Items marked down are final and cannot be returned for a credit note or refund.

When selecting Afterpay at check out, you will not have to pay the full amount of the purchase up front. Instead, you will pay it off in quarterly instalments to Afterpay every two weeks.

For example, if your order total is $200, every two weeks you would have to pay $50 until you have paid off the full amount.

There is no additional cost to use Afterpay so long as you pay on time.

They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned. The Gift Card expires 12 months from the date of issue (or date of purchase for E-Gift Cards). 

Gift Cards are partially redeemable, and it is up to the cardholder to use the full value within the validity period. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the card expires. When the cost of a purchase exceeds the available card balance, the card holder will be required to make up the difference with an alternate form of payment.

Gift Cards should be treated like cash. The Resort Collective disclaims all responsibility for lost or stolen cards.

At The Resort Collective, we provide sizing information on our item pages. This is the sizing information given to us by the particular brand. Please check your body measurements for the best fit for you. If a sizing guide isn't available, please contact us via email at hello@theresortcollective.com.

Only selected products will be available for Pre-Order. The expected delivery period will be noted in the description of the Product on our E-Boutique. Please familiarise yourself with the following Pre-Order terms before completing your purchase:

At the time you place your order, you will be required to pay the full RRP to secure your Pre-Order

Due to the pre-sale nature of such transactions, you should expect a delayed period between the purchase of the product & the actual delivery of the product. Delivery dates are subject to change & our customer care team will be in touch should there be any unexpected delays with your order.

Standard return & exchange policies apply to all pre-orders.

Once your order has been processed you will be sent a shipment confirmation email which will include your new tracking number.

If you are having trouble locating your tracking number, please contact our customer care team who can assist you further.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong shipping information. If it has not yet been dispatched, we will try our hardest to intercept and update it for you. If the order has been dispatched, we can reach out to Australia post on your behalf to request that the order be recalled. If recalled we are more than happy to assist in re-delivering the order to your correct address.

Yes, we ship to most countries. Normal international shipping starts at $35 (except NZ starts at $25), however, if you require urgent delivery, please contact us to receive a quote.

To organise a return, please wait to receive your Return Number. Please email us at hello@theresortcollective.com to arrange your exchange. Do not return your item to us without a Return Number.

Returns are accepted on goods within 14 days of receiving the product in Australia, subject to our returns policy.

Return shipping is payable by the customer and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. The Resort Collective take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of delivery. The original shipping charges are not refundable or credited.
